Pacific Lighting Equipment Joint Stock Company is committed to supporting employees and the community through the profits from its annual business operations. With a spirit of unity and sharing, we have conducted numerous charitable activities to assist employees, workers, and the community in achieving a more convenient and less burdensome life.
Activities such as gift-giving for workers in difficult situations and organizing raffles have brought joy and motivation to our current personnel.
Additionally, we also reach out to the community through initiatives like awarding scholarships to elementary schools, such as Nguyen Cong Tru Elementary School. Through this approach, we hope to support and encourage students, helping them to have better opportunities to access education and discover their potential.
We believe that using profits to share not only creates better living conditions for our personnel but also contributes to building a better and more developed society

Pacific Lighting Equipment Production and Trading Joint Stock Company is committed to sustainable development by implementing the following activities:
- Recycling waste,
- Collecting rainwater,
- Investing in a solar energy system,
- Obtaining the International Renewable Energy Certificate (I-REC).
We understand that protecting the environment and using resources sustainably is our responsibility for the future of the planet. We have established an efficient waste recycling system in our factory. By separating and sorting waste, we ensure that waste reuse and processing are optimized. Recyclable materials like metals help reduce waste and save resources.
We have also implemented a rainwater collection system for sanitation purposes. By storing and using rainwater, we reduce dependence on public water sources and help protect local precious water resources.
Furthermore, we have invested in a solar energy system to provide clean, renewable energy for the factory. By utilizing solar energy, we reduce carbon emissions and use green energy for sustainable development.
Following the solar energy project, since 2022, PLE has successfully obtained the I-REC, an international renewable energy certificate.
I-REC is a type of Energy Attribute Certificate (EAC) that certifies a certain amount of electricity produced from renewable energy sources (1 I-REC represents 1 megawatt-hour of renewable electricity). With this certificate, 100% of the electricity consumed at PLE is green (renewable electricity).
